Meetings
The general meetings of the Central
Pennsylvania Rock and Mineral Club are held the first
Wednesday of each month, with the exception of *August and
December, at 7:30 p.m. in the social hall of the Mt. Olivet
United Methodist Church, 5000 Simpson Ferry Road,
Mechanicsburg, PA. 17050
*The August meeting is our family picnic,
generally held at Ted & Holly Keck's "Blackstone Mill" in
Pillow, PA. In addition to good eats and great fellowship, we
usually include a fieldtrip to Meckley's Quarry as a part of
the festivities.
December features our annual holiday party, to be held this
year in the banquet room at the old Country Buffet in
Mechanicsburg. Cost is the usual price of dinner upon arrival.
Both events are open to all CPRMC members and
their families.
